On the House has a wide-reaching membership base of individuals who are passionate about The Arts. Provide us with complimentary promotional tickets to your event and we will share them with our members. We send email marketing campaigns promoting your event, and the event listing remains on our offers page until the event is over, offering great exposure opportunities.

Have an event you’d love to promote, but not interested in giveaways? Contact us and we will see if the event is suitable to be listed at On the House as a discount ticket offering instead.

  • You designate the number of complimentary or reduced price tickets you are making available for each performance and the date/time of your show through the Supplier menu.
  • Select New Offers from the vertical menu bar in the secure site and the system will guide you how to create and manage your event
  • If you are too busy to organise the events yourself, be sure to send us a flyer and press release, details of dates/times of the show and how many complimentary or reduced price tickets you are giving away. We will register the event for you.
  • Once we receive, check and approve all details of the event, we may add a service fee that the member pays to get the tickets
  • If you want to charge for tickets, please email to discuss fees
  • We post your event details on our Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn accounts, we send an eNewsletter to our subscribers
  • If you start selling strong, simply update the number of available tickets or notify us or reduce the number of available tickets through the site. You must honour the reservations we have already taken. We take orders as small as two tickets. We also fill houses with orders for several hundred tickets.
  • You nominate when you want ticket bookings to stop and when you would like to receive the booking list. An email will be sent to your nominated email address at the date/time you request in the system
  • The booking list becomes your door list for ON THE HOUSE members
  • You can always contact us by email.
